Jo did her practical work as a student at Bay Vets many years ago. She graduated from Massey University in 1985 and has been privileged to work in some high-profile clinics, dedicating her career to companion animals.
Feline Medicine and Surgery (all things cats) have always been her passions. She loves to dress up and put on her best dress for her website photo.
Jo is a passionate, caring vet who describes her approach from a holistic viewpoint. She loves teaching and embraces sharing her knowledge with the younger members of our team.
Jo believes our role and value as veterinarians extends beyond that of clinical practice. She's also a Landscape Architect and manages to fit in an active role within her local Landcare Group.
Jo is continually impressed with the dedicated clients we see coming into our clinic. You all make our jobs so much more fulfilling.
