If you phone out of normal business hours, your call will be redirected to our Emergency Afterhours Service. Your name and phone number and brief details of the problem will be recorded by the call centre.
They will arrange an appointment or phone call with the Veterinarian. Should a veterinary visit be required for this emergency, after hours charges will apply. All pet emergencies are seen afterhours at our Kerikeri Clinic.
