If you have an animal emergency, please telephone your nearest Branch.

If you phone out of normal business hours, your call will be redirected to our Emergency Afterhours Service. Your name and phone number and brief details of the problem will be recorded by the call centre. They will arrange an appointment or phone call with the Veterinarian. Should a veterinary visit be required for this emergency, after hours charges will apply. All pet emergencies are seen afterhours at our Kerikeri Clinic.

We welcome general enquiries by e-mail or phone about our services and products. E-mail is checked intermittently during normal work hours. All urgent enquiries should be made by telephone.

Please note we can only provide limited veterinary advice without seeing your animal(s) first. If you would like to make an appointment for an animal to be seen, please telephone during normal clinic hours.
